With over eight years of experience in Real Estate Sales I take special efforts to navigate my clients through the buying and selling process. I am continually educating myself in my field and I am currently an Associate Broker at Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene. My emphasize is in Residential Real Estate Sales.  Since 2008 I have been a leader in our area selling short sale properties. When guiding homeowners, or buyers, through a distressed sale transaction I make sure I keep their best interest in mind. Negotiating with the banks can be grueling, that is why I also earned my Certified Negotiation Expert designation. I am a full time Realtor with a focus on removing the obsticles in a sale to make the transaction as smooth as possible for my clients. 

Family is very important to me, it is one of the reasons we decided to move to Idaho.  I have been married for 17 years and I have two teenage children.  We love to spend time out doors appreciating the breathtaking beauty that North Idaho has to offer.
